This notice describes how Blueprint Clinical Solutions (BCS) handles information associated with this public website and inquiries sent to BCS. Separate agreements and notices may apply to CSSS Workforce™ customers, pilot participants, and authorized platform users.
Information you choose to provide
This website does not currently provide public account registration or an embedded inquiry form. If you contact BCS by email, BCS receives the information you include, such as your name, email address, organization, role, and inquiry details.
How inquiry information is used
BCS uses inquiry information to respond, evaluate potential services or partnerships, maintain business correspondence, and support reasonable administrative and security needs. Please do not send patient information, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information through a general website inquiry.
Website operations
The website host may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, request timing, and security logs. BCS does not currently use this public site to sell personal information or run interest-based advertising.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting and business communications, or disclosed when required by law. BCS retains business inquiries only as reasonably needed for the purpose of the communication, business records, security, or legal obligations.
