CSSS Workforce™ pilot partnerships

Build the next scheduling blueprint with us.

BCS is preparing to collaborate with select healthcare organizations that want a more structured approach to clinical self-scheduling—and are willing to help shape a thoughtful implementation.

A strong pilot fit

Organizations ready to learn, test, and improve together.

A clinical workforce with recurring schedule periods and defined coverage needs

Leadership support for a structured self-scheduling process

A designated operational contact who can support discovery and validation

Willingness to provide practical feedback throughout implementation

The pilot path

A guided implementation from discovery through the first published schedule.

What participation includes

More than access to software.
